Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at hello@bihgiftshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide the authorized return address and instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: BIH Gift Shop will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@bihgiftshop.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise:

Custom or personalized products, including our Custom T-Shirt
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a separate order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Certain custom or personalized products may be exempt from this right.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
