Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to these 27 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to ship there yet. Contact us and we'll let you know if that changes.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Our T-shirts and hoodies are printed in-house in Atlanta, Georgia, and all orders ship from Georgia, USA.

Shipping within the United States

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. The $50 is based on your order subtotal after discounts, before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout using live rates from USPS and UPS. The services and prices available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
The shipping options available for your address, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories, are determined at checkout. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may cost more and take longer.

International shipping

International orders are placed through our international checkout partner, Global-e, which acts as the merchant of record for these orders. You'll see prices and pay in your local currency.
Shipping is always calculated at checkout for international orders. There's no free-shipping threshold outside the United States. Available services include FedEx International Connect Plus and DHL Express Worldwide. Prices depend on your address and order, and are shown before you pay.
Import duties and taxes are included in the total shown at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

Estimated delivery times

Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout for the service you choose. Typical transit times after your order ships:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and holidays can affect delivery.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your shipping service, we'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, ideally before your order ships, and we'll do our best to help.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

See our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges. Orders shipped outside the United States are purchased through Global-e as the merchant of record. To start a return on an international order, contact us and we'll send you the instructions for your order.
